At TMS we can design and manufacture cylinders are any application, made to order to fit any requirement or dimensions, our cylinders can include position monitoring via sensors or transducers for finite control, signalling and feedback. Stainless steel versions are a speciality, finished to any standard. Our steel cylinders can be painted in any colour up to marine grade specification.
For custom designed cylinders we create 2D and 3D models prior to manufacture for customer approval. Our hydraulic cylinders can be designed for long stroke multi-stage lifting to high speed punching applications, high pressure applications up to 700 BAR, with seals suitable for use with a wide range of fluids with any mounting options. TMS can supply and maintain a wide variety of hydraulic power packs. Regardless of the application, off-the-shelf hydraulic power packs are simple to maintain due to their standard components. This means maintenance is straightforward and cost effective.
General use hydraulic power units use a standard range of modular components for easy specification, assembly, and maintenance in the most demanding industrial applications. Compact hydraulic power packs are modular but have flow rates of up to 25 l/min, with maximum pressure up to 300 bar. Bespoke hydraulic power units are used for heavy-duty mobile and industrial applications, powered by electric motors. In such systems, flows can exceed 200 l/min and pressure can often go beyond 300 bar.
Hydraulic Manifolds can be designed and built to go with existing hydraulic systems, as replacements or to add fucntionality to your current system. We offer valves from a range of manufacturers including ATOS, Rextroth, Vickers, Parker, Aron and others.
We can offer high-pressure manifolds for solenoid valves up to 700 BAR, utilising CETOP 3 to CETOP 8, poppet valves and cartridge valves to meet the requirements of any system whether stand alone or in addition to our custom designed power units.
