We offer a full range of Standard 210 BAR Plain and Pin Hole Mount Hydraulic Cylinders available from stock ranging from 25mm to 100mm Bore versions in both Single and Double Acting in a full range of stroke lengths at highly competitive prices.  We also offer Clevis, Spherical Eye, Plain and Threaded and Flange Cylinders as standard cylinders available in 1 – 2 Weeks.

Made-to-order Welded and Tie Rod Hydraulic Cylinders in Metric and Imperial Cylinder Sizes with full range of Mountings. Our Tie Rod Cylinders are Interchangeable with any Tie Rod Cylinders and we offer cylinders from a range of manufacturers.

Our range also includes made-to-order hydraulic cylinders can operate up to 700 BAR with Special Rods, Bodies, Cushioning, Materials and Seals; Double Rodded Versions, Proximity Switches and Transducer Options.

For high accuracy applications we also offer the full ATOS range of Hydraulic Servo-cylinders with Linear or Pressure Transducers and optional on board proportional valving. These hydraulic cylinders are built to the highest standard and provide the highest levels of accuracy.

A full range of Stainless Steel for use in corrosive environments or with aggressive fluids. Seal Materials to suit application so cylinders can operate with Water, Glycols, Emulsions, Sea Water, Skydrol, LD4 to name a few. Ideal or Subsea, Food, Pharmaceutical and Marine use.

TMS Services offer a full range of Hydraulic Pump solutions from standard hand and air pumps to Special Power Units designed and built for any application.

We can also supply Mini Power Units in fast lead times along with Hydraulic Gear, Piston and Vane Pumps as replacements or in new systems. The Enerpac range of Hand, Air and Electric pumps are also available and can be purchased online.

Hydraulic Hand Pumps for every need, from fluid transfer to self contained units with tank size options and a range of outputs to suit any requirement.

We supply Hand Pumps for pressures from 50 to 700 BAR and Pressure Test Pumps upto 1000, 1500 and 2800 BAR. We can also supply pumps with special seals and in aluminium and stainless steel for use in many environments and with a wide range of fluids.

We utilise our range of pumps in our Special Power Unit Systems and also supply these as replacement items. Specialist Made to Order Power Units and Standard Mini-Power Units, TMS offer Electric Pumps for huge range of applications from tippers to the most sophisticated variable and proportional systems with full controls.

Further to this our scope of supply includes specialist Stainless Steel Valves, ATEX Explosion Proof Valves and Proportional Directional and Control Valves.

At TMS we offer a massive range of CETOP hydraulic valves in all sizes from small flow CETOP 2 to High Flow CETOP 8 including the more often used CETOP 3 and 5 sizes. We offer the complete range of Valves and Modules for hydraulic system control from a full range of manufacturers including: ATOS, ARON, VICKERS and REXROTH.

Valves are rated upto 350 BAR with special high pressure valves upto 700 BAR available for systems that require it. We use these valves on our special systems but they can be supplied as separate items as required.

To compliment the range of Valves we supply we also offer manifolds for direct system mounting or for remote applications. These can be supplied as loose manifolds, either in standard form or made to specific requirements. We can also manifolds complete with the valves required to operate your system.

Additionally to our Hydraulic Valves above we also offer a full range of monoblock and sectional valves for applications from Tippers to Marine and Industrial Hydraulic Systems.

For ultimate hydraulic system control we also offer increasingly popular Proportional Control Valves, ideal for fine control of flow and pressure in the most demanding applications. The vast range of these valves allow us to supply and build systems to meet the most sophisticated demands.

For Workholding and Production Automation we offer an extensive range of hydraulic clamping products from Hollow and Swing Cylinders to Pressure Intensifiers, Air Oil Boosters, Hydraulic Pumps, Threaded Body Cylinders and a full range of complimentary products from Valves and Filters to Hoses and Fittings.

Available from a range of manufacturers up to 200 Tonnes with heavy duty press frames and all necessary hydraulics with height adjustable bed heights and side movment of the cylinder to offer the highest flexibility from a cost effective standard press.

Special Hydraulic Press Systems can be designed to meet your specific requirements and can be built to include safety guarding and fully automated control.

Our huge stock of couplings, from ISO poppet and flat face to specialist brass, stainless, high pressure and drip free includes every option necessary for your system. Our range of hoses utilises rubber, braided wire, spiral, thermoplastic and outer stainless braiding options to suit any requirement, from low to very pressure of upto 60K PSI (4100 BAR).

We offer a complete range of In-Line Hydraulic Valves for system control. Valves include Ball Shut-Off and Diverter, Check Valves, Flow Control Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Needle Valves, Over-Centre, Sequence Valves and Actuated Process Valves.
